DFI NF3 Network stall when on high speed

I have a DFI LAnparty NF3 250gb with a AMD 3000+
Often when i start heavy downloading (or even when i'm not). My network connexion loses signal and canot another IP from the router.

Router is fine, as when it happens, all other computers on it all run fine.
Reset the router, same thing
Restart the computer, again
Stop completely the computer, then restart it, It works!

Before you start asking, all my drivers are up to date on that board, including the BIOS.

I think this is a winsock issue. It might be a result of one of XP's service packs. You can find a patch for it. Try googling winsock fix.
