Need help.

Im trying to put the "nipple" of the Zalman on the backplate of the MB, but its a little short to fully fit and screw in snugly onto the backplate.

Basing it on the drawing and the movie for the Zalman, the opart of the backplate that has the protruding side should meet or connect with the nipple, but like i said its short. the only way i can screw-in the nipple is by reversing the backplates orientation; and like i said it feels a little short.

In the movie they also showed a spacer or washer in between the MB and he nipple...If i did this on either way, it would even be more difficult to fit it in.

Did any of you use washers as well??

Thanks in advance!
