Im using a 939, and being the low end of the 939 socket, im wondering if buying a DFI is worth it. Im only using a 3000 winchester so should getting a cheaper MSI motherboard be more worth it?

Im comparing the MSI K8N Neo4/SLI:

to the DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D:

I realize one is SLI and the other isnt but that doesnt matter as im sure the SLI modding trick still works :). I dont even plan on using SLI anyways but is the extra price tag on the DFI worth it when im only overclocking a winnie 3000? My VNF4 from chaintech died recently so im short on money and the small price difference matters.

I've had really good experiences with the MSI boards, they have a good active forum to help with any issues that may occur on thier website also. The Creative HW audio solution built into the MSI is a nice plus, I don't use an add-in sound card with mine.

epox is a great mobo but the MSI has onboard sb live and the DFI has that audio module. Both of those use less CPU and i plan to play games like CS:S and BF2 where sound is important to me at least. Does anyone know if using the DSP-500 use more/less cpu? Otherwise the epox will be a good idea.
