DFI Mobo error: "Query registry content failed"

I just built my computer,

AMD Athlon 1.4Ghz 266FSB
512 MB DDR PC2100 ECC Crucial Ram
WinFast GeForce2 Ultra
Soundblaster Live! Plat 5.1
and DFI AK 76-SN Rev. A+ Mobo.

Everytime i boot up my computer, win2k, i get this pop up error message, "Query registry content failed, please contact manufactuerer!". Well, i did, but they have responded so i came here looking for help, has anyone experienced similiar problems and have they fixed them? i'd appreciate it. -Rob

where does it give the error during install?

have you tried only installing with AGP card and nothing else? try taking out the SBlive! u'd never know if the 686b is there. =) jK!
