Wait, so this board is really picky about RAM? You can't use cheap modules or what? Corsair values don't work?

Use OCZ Premier Series value RAM. It uses the same ICs/PCB as their VX, but is priced like value RAM. If you give it the volts the DFI can supply, you can get some of the best RAM on the market (old BH-5 is still king). I have some at 245MHz 2-2-2-7 with 3.3V. You need active cooling at any higher of a voltage though, at 3.3V I found that it was at 37C, but 43C with 3.4V, and 50C with 3.5. That isn't very hot at all if you are talking about a CPU, but I think RAM can't tolerate as high temps as a CPU (or GPU).
