DFI lanparty UT 250GB problems...

SO I just built up a new computer with this board and upon start up I get a long beep followed by silence and then another long beep. No post of course.

According to DFI's site there are only two beep codes that will happen. One long beep followed by two short beeps (No video) and one long beep indicating a RAM problem.

I tried taking the ram out of the first two slots and installing into 2 & 3, same error, so I tried another single stick 256 PC 2700 instead of the two sticks of 512 DDR400 (corsair) same error, so I tried it with NO memory, same thing....

Anyone out there that has one of these boards that might have a suggestion as to what may be wrong?

I bought the CPU off of Ebay so I suppose it COULD be bad, would that possibly give me this beep code error?

Yeah I do have one other socket 754 board though I have never gotten it up either so I don't know for sure if IT works.

But I bought it off of a trader HERE, so I doubt he sold me a bad board (unlike the Ebayer may have....)

From posting on DFI street if sounds like it may be a BIOS problem. It is a Mobile CPU and DFI doesn't officially support them....
