DFI Lanparty Ultra-D, ports...and GIGABYTE GA-K8NF-9

Cancelling order for the DFI lanparty Ultra D because it doesn't have the parallel or com ports I need. I hear boot time is shortened if they get rid of those legacy items but I need them. Would like to not have to buy any special add on pci cards.

Also is the GIGABYTE GA-K8NF-9 a pretty good board or will I have issues with it? Not planning on doing any big overclocking maybe a mild down the road. Can't beat the price on this board at 120$. Will I really miss Sata II on the DFI anyway?

Strictly apocryphal, but the last system I built, which was based on the Gigabyte board with an A64 3000+ and Corsair value select PC3200 RAM, was a breeze to set up and (even though you mentioned that you've no interest in overclocking) overclocked beautifully. Performance and build qualtiy were both excellent .
