I have a DFI Lanparty Ultra-D that I am putting into a Cooler Master case. The rest of the specs in my sig remain the same. It was working fine 2 hours ago in a generic case, but now that I've screwed it down into the Cooler Master case and connected the PSU, it does not turn on!
The standby LED and DRAM LED turn on when the PSU is switched on, and the front panel leads are connected correctly (or so I think). The power button does not activate it, and neither do the DIY buttons. I have disconnected the front panel leads and tried the DIY buttons again - still nothing.
All the power connectors are hooked up, including the FDD, HDD, and main+4 pin power connectors, but it refuses to power on at all. The motherboard is installed using screw spacers, so there shouldn't be any shorts. Would using metal spacers between the motherboard and the case cause the problem for some reason? I need to use them because otherwise there isn't enough clearance for the PCI and PCI-E cards to screw to the case.
Hope you can help - I'm stumped!
