I am on a college network and they use cisco clean access agent and it no workie when i plug into the network. I have the latest BIOS update and the latest drivers and still cant connect.

I have OCZ high voltage ram to go with this motherboard and when i run the built in Memtest86 i get plenty of errors. Is this related, not related, what's up with this?

If you are getting memtest errors, you have bigger things to worry about than your onboard nic.

You should be using the latest official 6-23 bios for that board, and reset the cmos to its defaults and then run memtest to check for errors.
