That is the best oc board there is right now. I've got one brand new right here... 3200 Venice @ 2.7 Ghz.

Yes, you get onboard audio with it, but not sure about a manual with the OEM version. You're not missing much though, the manual I got with mine is really thin. The online one is much better.
 
Mobo, manual, 2 SATA cables, 2 round IDE cables, round floppy cable, case back port thing, driver cd... I think that's it.
