DFI Lanparty nF4 SLI-DR question

I am getting ready to rebuild my box and I have a question about this mobo. I have 2gb (512x4) of DDR500 GeIL GL1GB4000DC. This is left over from my old socket 478 Intel system and would like to reuse it in my new build. I have read that this mobo is very picky about the memory it will accept. Am I going to have any problems with my memory in it?

PS: I will be going with a AMD64 4000+(San Diego core)
