All, right I understand what these board hav:
- Lanparty NF4 SLI-DR (SLI, additional SATA)
- Lanparty NF4 SLI-D (SLI, no additional SATA)
- Lanparty NF4 UT Ultra-D (no official SLI, no additional SATA)

However, there is a
- Lanparty NF4 UT SLI-DR
showing up, with exactly the features that the non-UT has.

Link to comparision on newegg:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductCo...3136157,N82E16813136151&SubCategory=22

That board is not on DFI's website.

What's the deal with the latter board?

"UT" stands for "Usual Tools" and denotes a type of packaging. The non UT boards come with some extras, such as a strapping system and a Front X panel, etc., that the UT boards don't have. Other than that, they're exactly the same.
