dfi lanparty motherboard wont work I NEED HELLLLP!

ok i underclocked my pc, and it wont boot, when i press the power button all of the LEDs are on. i tried clearing the cmos, didnt work let the battery out all night... didnt work, i completly unhooked everything and set it up on the wodo table, nothing helped. any1 know any solutions
