DFI Lanparty II Ultra Rev B

Have been running for months fine. Wanted to install another SATA drive and configure it RAID 0. All went fine. Restored image to Raid Set and rebooted the computer but Mobo will not post. I have disconnected all devices but still will not post. Diagnostic LED's on Mobo show led 4 on only. Not getting past the early program chipset register. Help what is going on here?
