DFI LanParty for socket 939 when??

I'm in the process of putting together a new system on paper and have decided on jsut about everything except I'm hesitant about wich motherboard to go with.Current offerings given,I'm set on the MSI Neo2 MB,but with all the rave reviews of the DFI LanParty series MB's and knowing a DFI LanParty Pro board for the Socket 939 is to be released sometime soon,I'm willing to wait a little while.I can control my urges for a bit longer anyways,but how long will it(must it) be?
Does anybody have a target date or at least an estimated release date for the DFI LanParty Pro socket 939 MB?

Is that an estimate,a rumor or fact?

I found the DFI Lanparty NF3 Ultra-D (socket 939) listed on THG's Computex 2004 article dated 4 June '04
Why is it taking DFI at least 4 months to release this board?Also there is no mention of it on DFI's site whatsoever.
Makes me wonder if they're having major problems with it already.
