Will I be able to fit my NV5 6800 GT on my DFI Lan party and not interfere with my chipset?

That is what my set up will be plus the NV5 cooler and GT card itself. I want to find a way to actively cool the chipset but right now I am just worried the NV5 will mess with it in terms of space.....
 
That cooler looks like it's pretty low profile, shouldn't be a problem. I've got a Soltek NF3-250Gb board and the chipset is in the same place and my 6800OC and X800 Pro with ATI Silencer 4 both fit fine.
 
my Soltek is layed out the same way with the chipset in exactly the same spot... it's no problem. You'll be fine.

on a side note, did you use shrink tubing on your fan lead? I like the look of that.
