DFI K6XV3+/66 - Do I need to install VIA 4-in-1 drivers?

Hello,

I recently obtained a DFI K6XV3+/66 (Rev. BB+) motherboard. It's a Super 7 board which uses the VIA MVP3 chipset. This is only the second computer I'll be putting together, and it's the first with a non-Intel chipset.

I've read about VIA 4-in-1 drivers in other postings... I plan on using Windows 98 Second Edition, so which drivers should I plan on installing? This is the current list of drivers on VIA's website:

- IDE Busmaster (I heard this one should NOT be installed, true/false?)
- AGP Driver
- IRQ Routing Driver
- INF Driver
- PCI Bridge for MVP3 chipset
- USB filter driver

Another question... are these drivers supposed to be installed while running Windows? Or do I have to use a start-up disk and install them in DOS mode?

Thanks in advance,

Aamir

Some people just install the AGP driver, while others like myself install all Via 4 in 1 drivers anyway it`s normally done in Windows ,or the first thing you install if you have just done a clean install of OS & booted straight into Windows.Btw when newer versions come out you can just install them over the old ones.
