Hey guys, trying to enable digital SPDIF through the rear RCA port, controlled by onboard Realtek HD audio chip on my DFI Lanparty CFX3200 board.
I have the latest HD audio drivers from Realtek installed and enabled digital output in the sound manager (tried pass-through too) and I can't get any audio out to my Yamaha AV receiver. Windows volume control still has SPDIF greyed out. I suspect this is why I can't get any volume. Should the Realtek be auto-detecting the RCA jack like the mini-jacks? Is there an option in Windows XP Pro I am missing that needs to be enabled? Any tips would be really appreciated. Thanks!
