DFI AM75 mobo?

As per the title, does anyone have any experience with the DFI AM75?

I'm still looking for a new Athlon/Duron mobo, maybe with an integrated chipset [but with an AGP slot for future video card], but I'd prefer a full size ATX [rather than matx] & 3 dimms.

Or does anyone know of another atx mobo with those specifications?
