DFI AK76 a good mobo?

Is the DFI AK76 motherboard any good? has anyone had any experience with it? Anyone know the cchipset? thanks.

I don't know but it sure does have all the features for overclocking. Ajustable fsb by 1mhz, cpu adjustable 6 pci. The layout ain't bad either. I just downloaded and looked over the manual. In the bios shots it even has all the tweaks for memory. Similar to the K7 Pro. I think they make good boards. I might just try one.
