DFI AK75-EC266 With XP1800 problem

I'm putting a system together with the stated board and cpu, when I set the jumper to 133 fsb, it wont boot up, it just works with 100 fsb, what could the problem be?

Obviously not the rig in your sig.

What psu, memory, etc?

Normal trouble-shooting procedure starts with mobo/cpu out of the case (on a piece of foam or some such), one stick of quality ram, video card, no PCI cards

Try to see if it will boot at 133.

It's a second rig, and I have 1 stick 256 mb pc133, 430 watt antec power sup, and tried taking out all of the pci cards, any help please!
