DF: I just need a minute

Distributed Computing is a bit of a thankless thing from time to time. We all tend to wander from project to project as our interests change or maybe circumstances demand it of us.

I'm just taking this minute to let one of my favorite crunchers know that while I was a bit saddened to see him leave the ranks of DF, I am very pleased to say it was his doing as much an any other that let this little hobby sit in the corner of my computer and drew me to so many people that I have come to look forward to hearing from as they pop in and out of the threads here at TeAm Anandtech.

Here's to hoping that it is only better things that swiped you from us and a sincere wish that your experience was positive as my own has been. :beer: :beer:

Actually, I have no clue what has become of our bud.

We haven't heard from him and he isn't folding anymore.... that's all I know???

Maybe he is just taking a vacation or something.

No I haven't stopped folding.. just been doing lots and lots of dev recently, and need all the memory I can get my hands on; that combined with starting off the week with around 6-7 hours of sleep over 3 nights have left me a little drained. As a matter of fact I've got DF crunching away right now.

Trying to get all this stuff done with and to go back to my regular semi-normal hours. 🙂

I'll be seeing everybody soon, and the stats will be happening again, so don't you fret bunker. 😉
