DF: Fearless Leader

*pops in*

Hey guys 🙂

I've not been paying as much attention to DF lately as I used to, including the client running on my machine...but I was just checking out the DF stats and noticed my production had stopped, then checked my client and found that I had 466k folds cached! Apparantly I've got some sort of checksum error that's preventing me from uploading my folds 🙁

Here are the errors, "STATUS 903 CHECKSUM ERROR" and then, I get "You seem to be experiencing network problems or are using an invalid handle". Any idea what's up?

CS,

it's got some kind of uploading issue. I haven't had the error you are getting, but my client won't start sometimes when I boot.

I put a little batch file in my start-up menu that kills it and re-starts it when I login and that has worked around my problems here.

you might give it a try. (or you can just type these in the command prompt)

[assumes windowsXP]

del c:\distribfold\foldtrajlite.lock
taskkill /f /im foldtrajlite.exe
net start foldtrajliteservice

you could also try a re-install. but first, save the .log .val and filelist.txt files to a different directory and use the instructions
from this website to build a filelist.txt file for one pair of .val and .log files
at a time so you can upload the ones that don't have the corruption.
