TeAm Stuff:

We're moving ahead strongly now. Our next take-over date is scheduled for December 26th, though if we can increase our production just another notch we should be able to make it before the protein change. Also, it's nice to see muttley folding with us again! Welcome back! :) (Sorry for noticing your return sooner).

Daily Production: Another super-solid day for TeAm DF. Today we produced 5.3M and once again came in 9th! :) 8th is only 120K away, and 7th is just 600K away! Come on folks, just a little bit more!!!

Great stuff, everybody! Second day straight in the top 10! Let's keep the good folding going! :D

WTG Team! May get a speeding ticket tomorrow:( Could not make my 2:15 upload, so will have a larger than normal dump tomorrow on one of my machines. Tried to do the upload, and the server responded with "Protein Change in Progress, Check back later"?:confused:

That's wierd :confused: We haven't had a protien change in quite some time. (next one won't be until sometime in mid-December.

How long has it been since you dumped that machine?

(I was really close to a ticket today (~17K) ) Gotta get it all worked out before the race. (Well, if we get to run it..... Whole lot of apathy goin' around. I'll be happy to relax the minimum a little bit if necessary, but not down to 10..... :( )

I think a friend of mine is gonna join the race, but hasn't signed up yet (he's new to DF, not a member of the TeAm yet).

There still are a couple of weeks to the start of the race. I expect a lot of people will wait till just a couple of days are left to the start of it before joining up.

Next week we have to push hard for it.

I can only assume that you're referring to team TNT, with 13 members total, 8 of which are active. Your top guy puts out 369k/day, you're ranked 26th in daily production and 32nd in weekly production. So how are you going to "go flying by" before the year is out? ;)

I didn't say you *couldn't* do it (I haven't been in DC long enough to know who's beat who at what or how), I was just wondering how you guys were going to make up so much ground so fast.

kaTAna came from TA. He was on the ECCp team, but wanted to come play at TNT, so he joined/started the DF team. It was going to be our next big project after ECCp ended (took longer than we expected and we had a couple other things happen at TNT) Anyway, kaTAna got bored with DF at TNT and faded away. I guess he recently brought the points back to TA, so he could be on a losing team to TNT again ;):p (thats a joke if he still browses :) )

Been doing DC for TA almost 4 years now, and there is always a race somewhere in our different projects!

On another point, I managed to eek out a couple more MHz from these XPs.....

I read a post somewhere that it is better to run some RAM at 2.5Vddr rather than the 2.65 that my MoBo defaults to...... :confused:
(I went to the Micron site and saw that my RAM is rated for 2.5V :Q )

I tried knocking it down (Vddr = 2.52) and viola! it got better. (now, XP 2000+ running @ 12.5 x 142 = 1775 :D (Vcore = 1.8) )
