That's it! Been a while since we've had a lone milestone maker. Anyway, congrats ATWE Terrahawk! 🙂😎😀

FoBoT: Good to see you maintaining production even after yesterday's dump. 2.4M isn't incredibly impressive, but it's still good for 38th.

non-FoBoT:
Top Folder: Kris with 119M folds! 😀
Best RMS: Still ATWE Terrahawk, though ATWE bfour did come close with a 7.99. In any case, 7.90 is now good for 14th! 😎
Best Production: ATWE Terrahawk on top with 2.6M, good for 30th! 😉 If anybody's thinking of taking that performance crown away, now'd be the time to do it what with his moving and all. 😉

Producers Of the Day

ATWE Terrahawk 2.6M 😛
FoBoT 2.4M 😛
ATWE Robor 2.3M 😛
ATWE Insidious 1.8M 😛
ATWE LastKnight 1.5M 😛
Kris 1.3M 😛
ATWE bfour 1.1M 😛
ATWE ReaganCRW 1.1M 😛
kmmatney 990K 😛

Congrats to the POD's! 😛😛😛

TeAm Stuff

Not our best day today, production wise. I've got take a bit of the rap on that too, played some Morrowind today and decided to shut down DF while playing (Morrowind seems to be crashing/freezing rarely. Not sure if it's because of DF (or if DF exacerbates another problem)). Oh well...

Daily Production: 19.4M folds puts us back in 8th. 🙁🙁🙁 Just 30K off from 7th. Rechenkraft.net took 2nd with 25.2M, which is definitely within our reach.

Bye till tomorrow!

crap, should have dumped a box to keep ahead of Terrahawk for the day 😛

😉

🙂

good job everybody!

Thanks m0ti!

maybe only one MM today... but a BIG one! Congrats Terrahawk! 😎

well, there's pizza to be eaten and protiens to fold.......

gotta lick the emotional wounds from being back at work YUK! :disgust:

edit:
3 * ATWE LastKnight * 43,079,206 - 3,483,399 - 0 = 39,595,807
4 * ATWE Insidious * 98,950,669 - 58,684,902 - 681,901 = 39,583,866
I just can't catch this guy 😀

Well... I've mostly moved now and I'm down to one computer for folding until I get married (my fiancee is folding for me too 🙂
The AXP 1600+ is up and running, kind of 😛

Congratulations to the the Producers of the Day! I'd congratulate the Milestone Maker too, but that'd just be wrong 😉

Keep up the good work, everyone!!

HEY, I made it a point to remind at least 3 different people it was FRIDAY...... and then left 😀

If that's not productive..... what is?

I'm working on the DF overview-style FAQ for AndyHui now. I was reading up on the TraDES methodology and some of that is pretty interesting stuff! 😀

Anyway, I ran into a problem on my system: the Windows screensaver version crashes on the third molecule or so, reporting a Win32 exception. Thinking it might be a problem with my overclock, I backed my system down to stock speed, but the same problem arises. I see here that AMD systems may have screensaver crashes... bummer. Guess I'll try the CLI...

That kind of stuff always happens to me..... If there is a 'rare bug'.... I'll get it! 😕

(I didn't know about that one though... using CLI here)

note: you were right to try the OC.... DF is the first thing that goes if OC'd too much.

Hehe...

Well, I'm going a little slowly here but it's nearly to the beta stage. m0ti, I'm sure you'll see this post, so can you add a section to your FAQ titled "How to DOUBLE your DF performance in one minute!" (or something like that) that details the CLI switch to allow more memory usage?

Cool, thanks m0ti 😀 I was thinking of instructions for adding the -rt command-line switch, and then I noticed dfGUI, which of course makes this extremely simple, so maybe it's not as big of a deal as I thought. Still, non-Windows users don't have dfGUI as an option so it is bound to be useful info for others. 🙂

I'll put a link to my project overview in my thread in just a few minutes for you guys to critique.
