DevLDr32.exe Stopping XP from Shutting Down

Hi guys, since i installed some creative soundblaster software a program called Devldr32 has been stopping responding and causing XP to have to be Hard Shutdown or restarted. I have traced the Program to the Creative package i got with my Soundblaster Live 5.1 but i dont know what it does. I cant end the task in task manager before shutting down as nothing happens, also if i press end process on shutdown when it says its stopped responding, again nothing happens same if i click wait. Is there anyway i can stop this from happening (I know about hibernate but sometimes i need to do a soft restart), has anyone else had this problem, does anyone know what program its linked with? Thanks

It is part of the driver package for SBLive cards, if you have not done so already I would go to soundblaster.com and download the latest version of the Live drivers.

Thanks i hadnt tried that, it didnt twig that it was a driver because it was an .exe thanks again
