Anyone else see this movie about the Amish tradition of Rumspringa? It was quite interesting.

Made me wonder if any Amish are on here....

actually they can while on Rumspringa. At the age of 16, all Amish are given the opportunity to Rumspringa. They can wear regular clothing, date, drive cars, and live like any other American teenager. The wild thing is, they go crazy. They have huge parties with several hundred kids drinking, doing drugs, and partying all night long. The main person the documentary falls does drugs and deals crank. It was really a pretty interesting movie.

Anyhow, they get a chance to live the "normal" life and decide if they want to officially join the Amish church or not. The movie says 90% still choose to return, but not all do.
