Yeah, they are but usually when big production studios do this kind of thing (like the Carrie stunt) they purchase prank insurance to mitigate their company's liability.

From the video I learned that most women "clutch their chests and scream" when they see the devil baby. Guess it is a subconscious "Not my tits - you devil baby" reaction. Of course, I could be wrong.
