device manager sais "internet connection sharing" with an ! error on it

hi i just built this computer and im getting this problem in the device manager and i have no idea what it is. i updated the driver from the motherboard cd and the win98se disk and its still there. i have a m810lr or lmr (im not sure wich) and it didnt do this when i used this board before.
