device manager does not see hard drive and cdrom

128mb
6.4 gig wd
banshee pci
sound blaster live

I know it sounds crazy but the system runs just fine. I just noticed that they were not listed in device manager the other day. Thank you for your help!!
 
If they are not listed in the device manager but still work that is strange. Probably some issue with the IDE controller not being seen properly, Windows uses more than one IDE controller driver normally, which is probably why they work. I would check MSI's website for a IDE driver update or fix if there is one.
