Device for 2 PC's to share one keyboard?

I've seen it mentioned before but I can't remember what it was called.

One pc is XP Pro other is Win 98SE

It's called a KVM. Allows you to share a Keyboard/Video(Monitor)/Mouse with 2 or more PCs. Also, you can find them to share speakers and USB devices (for more $$$, of course.)
