all of a sudden, while surffing mostly, my laptop (which is a Dell, with Windows xp reinstalled) does this flicker thing and it looks like it switched to safe mode because the colours are all messed up and the window resizes to a smaller size. I get a message saying that a device failure caused windows to become unstable and I need to reboot to restore windows to its full function. Sometimes the window just does some jiggy thing and sizzles so I mannually reboot. When I reboot I get these errors.

What the frig is up with this?

I've tried looking for these drivers to remove them but I cant find them.

Can anyone help?

 
when I first boot windows I get a message telling me DirectCD isnt being used and show be removed to avoid conflict with other programs. One problem. I cant find this DirectCD crap.....

download new ones, from the laptops i've worked on with the ati mobilities, reinstalling the same driver usualy doesn't help. uninstall/reinstall in safe mode.
