Hello all . Problem Solved bad ide wire

I bought a MadDog megastore and it used to work on my comp not it does not.
Gives me error code 10. Works on my girlfriends computer and my neighbors, but not mine.
Ive tried updating the drivers for my mobo and the device , no dice.
My only option is to just reformat the computer. If someone else has a better idea im very open to suggestions.

ecs nforce3A mobo (perhaps a bios flash ?)
1 gig ocz memory
2x 160 gig seagates
thermaltake 420 wat psu
