Develop dimple?

I think I have developed a dimple on the left side of my face. I don't recall having dimple when I was younger. Is this possible or you born with it?

hmmm?,,I was born with mine, but I have additional ones on my a$$ that have developed over the years.

I think the weight remained the same. Got toner and looked leaner from working out and eating salad.
