deusex.ini keeps trying to load at boot

For some bizarre reason each time I boot my computer I get an "Open With" dialog and if I tell it to open with Word it loads the deusex.ini file. I searched the registry and there aren't any instances of that file name nor does it show up in msconfig. Where else can I look?

ttt. I uninstalled DeusEx last night but the popup came up again tonight.

Is it in your start up folder?

Try doing a search for it on your hard drive yet?

Its not in the startup folder nor is it in the startup group of msconfig. I searched the registery for the filename and didn't find anything.

It just dawned on me to let the open with go then look in Words history to find out the location of the file being opened so I could delete it (which I then did). On the subsequent boot no error dialogs and the Open With is gone..yeah
