when you are in the menus and you use the mouse to click on all the different thingies, i need to slow down the mouse, the sensitivity is way too high
 
The sensitivity set in controls.. mouse.. sensitivity will fix that, though it also sets the sensitivity for ingame action. Don't think you can adjust one independently.
 
the sensitivity setting in controls doesn't change the GUI mouse sensitivity, the only way i know of to change it is to change the windows sensitivity but i don't want to do that
