I just started playing the demo. The controlls were really laggey. It seemed more like I was driving a boat than a FPS.
Is there an adjustment for this? Has anyone else noticed this?

Maybe it's your video drivers, because I never had a problem with laggy controls, but the gameplay was laggy. Make sure you're using 5.30 drivers or higher, and get the D3D patch from ionstorm. That really helps

Try turning off fsaa if it's on. Fsaa can cause jerkinies/lagginess in some games.
