ANyone know why my games suddenly got all choppy?
Is it a problem with these drivers? I previously had 12.90 I believe.

How do I uninstall the XPs and go back to my 12.90 or other suggested better drivers?

thanks!

Mike

If you are talking about the 23.11, I have one problem in Janes WW2 Fighters, it drags and is choppy with 4X FSAA enabled. This is the only game that is adversely affected, I got around it by just playing at 1600 x 1200 x 32 without FSAA. Go to Add/Remove programs and remove all Nvidia drivers. Restart and set to Standard Dispay Adapter (VGA). Click the start button and then click on find. Remove all NV*.* in drive C: Reinstall which ever driver you want. While not the fastest and no fastwrites support, the 8.03 looks very good and is extremely compatible with just about everything.

When I upgraded to the 23.11 drivers, I started getting hesitation when playing any Direct3D game. It was almost like the hard drive was seeking for a moment and the game paused, expect the hard drive was not seeking. Interestingly enough, I don't get the same problems in OpenGL based games. Going back to the 21.83 drivers solved the problem.
