Anyone else having similar problems?

If yes, is it possible to enable agp 4x with detonator 6.26? Some games really suffer if agp is only 1x (like Deus Ex).

I'm also having problems, but i'm using TNT2 Vanta. I found that the detonator drivers whether it's 6.18 or 5.22 all don't have the option to turn on hardware anti-aliasing. And i double checked with 3d Winbench, it's definitely not enabled.

jinsonxu,

I don't think nvidia's drivers enable FSAA for any TNT2 card. They don't have the power to handle it.

Apologies PG, i wasn't commenting on FSAA. I was grumbling on why hardware anti-aliasing is disabled for the TNT/TNT2 chipsets in the new detonators.

You need to re install the VIA AGP drivers (4.03) and when it prompts you for the install choose "turbo mode". This installs the drivers using 4X AGP; however, some detetonator drivers will install only 2XAGP and you have to use a registry hack to turn on 4X AGP.
