Detonator 43.45 non-overclockable?

I installed 43.45 for my GeForce 3 and for some odd -reason it will always default to 200/460 MHz when you re-boot.

Is there a fix for this?
 
You can't re-set it all and try it again? I have the 43.45 drivers and I upgraded from the 41.09's with no problem in overclocking. my settings even stayed the same.
