Detonator 3 weird problem

When I install the detonator 3 drivers, switch my resolution to 800x600 and restart windows, I get, where normally it says that windows is restarting, @-characters and a few others all across my screen. When I switch to a lower or higher resolution, I don't have the problem. Also not with other drivers.
Any ideas??

One idea ,make sure you have latest Monitor drivers installed,this may help.

Try a different refresh rate.

i had all kinds of problems with the newest detonator drivers. they ran fine, but got all kinds of errors just with other things. i installed the earlier 5.32 drivers, and everything is good. i think i'm just gonna stick with the older ones.
