I have some savings bonds that I received when I was born in February 1986.

They amount to about $1400 face value, but I would like to know exactly what they are worth now.

If it makes any difference, the bonds are broken down into the following denominations.

1-$500
5-$100
8-$50

Thanks in advance ATOT!

Edit: I just found a cool little program. They are worth about 150% of their face value! The next interest date is coming up next month too.

Thanks anyway atot.

Use the Savings Bond Wizard located on the savings bond site..

Savings Bonds

You can enter in all your bond values and issue dates.. and it will update a data file from the internet and calculate what your bonds are worth. Very handy indeed.
