I've got a few micro sdhc cards that I've had for a few months and don't have the packaging anymore and would like to know how to determine the read/write speeds on them if possible?

Does your laptop or monitor have micro SD reader? you can run any disk benchmark once you plug them.

The tool I just used a few minutes ago is called HD Tune. Scroll down to the free version:

I don't know about random speed, but who cares. If it says your flash drive is 20mb/s, it probably has good random as well. Getting 3mb/s probably means the random and not-random speeds are both terrible.

But it is also helpful to know the read speeds, and whether the write speeds exceed the class rating by anything interesting.

I recall a Sandisk ultra that was marked as a class 4, but it was faster writing than some class 10 cards. So very helpful to actually test different cards and identify the so-called diamonds in the rough.
