They used Corsair PC2700 RAM in their test, but the main point of the test is to show what all the settings actually do in the general case. Even though that RAM is a little slower then most people here are now buying, it will still give you an idea of how to properly tune your RAM to get the true best performance, not just what you think is the best performance.
