det3 6.31 problems, anybody else?

i upgraded from 6.18 to 6.31 official and every game that uses 3d began crashing. diablo2, q3a, cs all crashed after playin for awhile. then when i switched d2 to directdraw it worked fine again. well anyway, just wondering if anybody else had or is having these same problems with 6.31. i changed back to 6.18 because of all the freezing and everything seems stable again. TiA
 
The only problem I had, is after moving from 6.18 to 6.31, every time a 3D game loaded, the monitor would go into standby mode. A quick upgrade of my Viewsonic driver files fixed that problem and no problems since....
 
YaKuZa ,Very strange,anyway I`ve installed the new official 6.31(had 5.22 before)drivers on my MSI K7T PRO (KT133 chipset) & have no problems with games everything rock stable, so maybe you had a bad install try installing them again infact download a fresh lot of 6.31 drivers again.

rogue spear seems to crash at start up and sometimes when I click items on the main menu... thats all I noticed....

I have a socket 7 though with a geforce 256.. finally stable after alot of putzing with it... 2197 is my highest 3dmark2000 score using hardware T&L. and I can't seem to overclock my geforce anymore.. freezes with weird green lines on the screen.. at the very least tweak
