DET 21.83 installation - no NVAML.CAT file?

After upgrading to the DET 21.83 drivers, I've was prompted with something like "cannot find file NVAML.CAT, install driver disk". I just chose to skip the file... everything seems to work fine, I'm just wondering what the hell the NVAML.CAT file is and am I going to need it at some point. Anyone else experience this?
