at&t still sucks monkey ass through a slurpee straw as a whole, but now that i can make a call from pretty much anywhere w/o having to worry about b.s. roaming fees, i'm slightly less emphatic about my opinion. this new "feature" makes up for some of their greater blunders.

I've had "free" nationwide roaming with AT&T which I find has better nationewide coverage, even before the cingular addition for over 5 years.
< use the 600 or 1000 minute anytime flat rate plan. $79/ $100, respectively depending on projected needs.
