Love the first one, kids do too.

Second one was awesome. They did a good job not spoiling it with the trailers. My kids were lol'ing most of hte time 😛

at the end, my older son is like this is boring...for those of you who've seen it...you know what i mean. i said be quiet, this part is for hte parents 😀

as do the penguins of madacasgar. (yeah, i know, the penguins already have their own tv show.)

I actually thought the first one was boring and unoriginal. Sure every movie follows a basic plot but there was no variation on the bad person turns good theme.

NO! I'm sure you will enjoy it.

The cinema was packed with adults and teens when I watched MU. Every funny scene the whole audience giggled. That's a sign of a good movie! :thumbsup:
 
I really liked the first one; haven't seen the second one yet.

I heard it's slaughtering the Lone Ranger. Another Disney bomb to go with John Carter.
 
I thought the first one was pretty good.

2 has some lol moments, but imo wasn't as good as 1 overall. I found the love interest annoying, as apparently the entire sold-out theater did. You could hear a pin drop during her dialogue.

sequels rarely live up to the original. Toy story is one of the few i can think of off hand.
 
I just saw it today with my 8 and 11 y.o's and they really liked it. Me, I thought it was just ok. Nothing special, save the minions, of course. Now, I was really surprised at the enjoyment I got out of MU. Much better than I was anticipating.
