I've googled and googled - I can't find it. I need it so I can blast it at max volume and wake up my room mate who sleeps in til ~3 PM.

Das Boot has plenty of moments where the captain yells "alarm!"

In fact a friend of mine sampled one of those and uses it as his ringtone. It scares the hell out of everyone when his phone rings 😀
