Desperate Plead for Help with Win2k!!!

Ok, i just restarted my pc after it was working fine, and this is the message i got:

"The system has attempted to load or restore a file into the registry, but the specified file is not in a registry file format."

So it then logs on as a temporary account..

Please help me in how i can restore the "Administrator" account.
